Tim joined the professional services team at Smith Price in 2006. He currently provides corporate property advice to a wide variety of clients and specialises in high street and shopping centre lease renewals, lease re-gears, renewals and rent reviews, helping clients to add value to portfolios through actively asset managing clients properties whether part of a portfolio or individual properties.
Tim works for a wide variety of landlords and tenants on a national basis including C&J Clarks, Austin Reed, BrightHouse, DSGi, AXA, Threadneedle, ShakeAway, Leightons Opticians, Fairgate Properties and Maybrook Properties amongst others.
