Tim joined Smith Price in 2006 and forms part of the investment team. Having gained experience from his time in the professional department, where he provided corporate property advice to a wide variety of clients on high street and shopping centre lease matters, he now advises a range of private individuals, property companies and institutions on investment acquisitions and disposals.
Tim continues to advise a wide variety clients on a national basis including C&J Clarks, Austin Reed, BrightHouse, DSGi, AXA, Threadneedle, ShakeAway, Leightons Opticians, Fairgate Properties and Maybrook Properties.
