Mark is a Salaried Partner and working within the Retail Agency team specialising in both High Street and Shopping Centre leasing. Mark provides leasing and asset management advice to AXA REIM, Aberdeen Property Investors and the Freshwater Group of Companies in respect of Shopping Centres they own, as well as asset management advice to companies such as The Prudential and Threadneedle in respect of High Street blocks.
On the retail occupier side, Mark advises national multiples such as WH Smith, C&J Clark, Caffé Nero, The Austin Reed Group Plc, Specsavers and The Edinburgh Woollen Mill in both the acquisition and disposal of stores as well as portfolio asset management (including lease re‑gears), whilst assisting niche retailers such as Ben’s Cookies and ShakeAway with their expansion plans.
