Mark joined Smith Price in 1999 and is a Salaried Partner within the Retail Agency team, specialising in both High Street and Shopping Centre leasing.
Acting for landlords including Threadneedle, AXA REIM, Aberdeen Asset Management and the Freshwater Group of Companies, Mark provides leasing and asset management advice in respect of various Shopping Centres and High Street blocks.
On the retail occupier side, Mark provides consultancy advice to companies such as WHSmith, C&J Clark, Caffé Nero, The Austin Reed Group Plc, Specsavers, Store Twenty One and Wilkinson relating to both the acquisition and disposal of retail stores as well as portfolio asset management (including lease re-gears), whilst assisting niche retailers such as Ben’s Cookies with their expansion plans.
