James is an Associate at Smith Price having joined the investment team in 2006. He specialises in investment acquisitions and disposals, representing a variety of private individuals, property companies and institutional investors, and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Prior to commercial property, James worked in media and journalism. He is also a keen traveller and sportsman and has been known to be persuaded to do madcap endurance challenges.
