Stuart Kiddie has become the eleventh surveyor to successfully complete the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) with Smith Price and join the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Stuart has benefited from two years of training with the firm, including one year as a placement student, in which he gained experience within the investment, professional and agency departments.

He will now continue to focus on his role within the agency team negotiating shop disposals as well as assisting with the growing list of requirements for new stores from retail clients.
