Specsavers Optical Superstores are continuing their current expansion programme and have now acquired further premises in Twickenham and Epping. Smith Price acted on behalf of the optician in both instances.

The store in Twickenham, which comprises some 2,100 sq ft, was acquired on a new ten-year lease at a commencing rental of £45,000 p.a. excl. 

The unit in Epping was taken on a new 15-year lease at a rental of £35,000 p.a. excl.  The premises provide circa 940 sq.ft. sales space and a small store toward the rear.
