Smith Price have acquired a store in the new Westfield London scheme for Fraser Hart. The store comprises some 2,000 sq ft and is situated alongside one of the anchors to the scheme, Marks & Spencer.

 

The deal reinforces the position of Fraser Hart as one of the leaders within the jewellery retail sector. The retailer was voted Multiple Retailer of the Year 2007 at the annual Retail Jewellery Awards following previous wins in 2003 and 2005.

 

The £1.6 billion Westfield London scheme was opened on 30th October. It is billed as the largest covered city centre shopping centre in Europe and comprises some 1,600,000 sq ft of retail accommodation.
