      Smith Price acquire five new shops for Holland & Barrett  

     

    Acting on behalf of Holland & Barrett Retail Ltd, Smith Price have agreed the acquisition of five new premises (see below for details).

    The acquisitions reinforce the company’s position as the largest health food retailer in the UK with just under 1,000 stores in almost every major city and town as well as Ireland and the Netherlands. The expansion of the chain comes as Holland & Barrett try to meet the ever-growing demand for vitamins, minerals and herbal supplements.

    Aylesbury, Unit 43, Friars Square Shopping Centre
    - lease assignment at £80,000 p.a.
     
    Kings Heath, Unit 4, Scots Corner, High Street
    - new ten-year lease at £57,500 p.a.

    Braintree, 40 Bank Street
    - new fifteen-year lease at £57,500 p.a. excl
