Stuart Kiddie has continued a long-standing tradition of placement students returning to the firm on a permanent basis. Having recently graduated from Nottingham Trent University, he has joined Smith Price and will form part of both the Agency and Investment departments.

Stuart first joined Smith Price in 2006 when he gained experience in a number of property areas including rent reviews, lease renewals and corporate real estate management. He will now divide his time between advising retailers and investors on disposals and acquisitions.
