In-house clients of REIT Asset Management have sold an investment secured on the freehold interest in a shop on High Street Aylesbury. The sale price was £1,045,000 representing a net initial yield of 6.56%. The property is let to Bodyshop International Plc on a lease expiring in June 2010 at a rent of £72,500 per annum. The shop occupies a prominent location on the High Street, alongside the Hale Leys Shopping Centre. The property is arranged over ground, first and second floors with an area in excess of 2,000 sq ft. The property was purchased by a private overseas investor client of Behrens Sharp Chartered Surveyors. REIT Asset Management was represented by Smith Price. |
