Retail specialists Smith Price by no means embarrassed themselves at a recent charity 6-a-side football festival. The team of surveyors-cum-highly-tuned athletes boasted a healthy array of natural ability and wily experience amongst its ranks that included partners John Mortimer, Mike Petty and senior partner Stephen Powell.
The event, held at the prestigious surroundings of Watford Football Club Training Ground, was organised by BrightHouse in association with Rays of Sunshine Children’s Charity. The eletrical retailer, who retain the firm in all property matters, has raised £100,000 for the charity over the last year through events such as this.
The firm triumphed in no less than two matches, whilst succumbing to defeat on three other occasions, in a competition featuring former Tottenham players Steve Sedgley, Justin Edinburgh, Graham Roberts and ex-West Ham midfielder Stuart Slater as well as other partner companies of BrightHouse.
