Tim Preston (pictured right) and Rhys Williams have attained the status of Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

The pair, who form part of the Smith Price professional department and agency team respectively, both attended the RICS Autumn session of interviews where they successfully completed their Assessment for Professional Competence (APC) in Commercial Property.

The success is testament to the hard work and dedication from Tim and Rhys throughout the year, in preparing for the assessment, and also to the firm which has a proud record in this field.

Indeed they are the ninth and tenth graduates that have successfully gained the qualification of chartered surveyor under the supervision of Smith Price.
