Following the acquisition of Fraser Hart by Fields of Dublin, Smith Price have been retained by the jewellers to continue advising the company on property matters. Fraser Hart currently trade from 32 stores in various major city centres in the UK including Maidstone, the Lakeside Shopping Centre in Thurrock, Plymouth Drake Centre, the Harlequin Centre in Watford, and in the city centre in Norwich.

 

Fraser Hart, which was recently voted Multiple Retail Jeweller of 2007 having previously claimed the honour in 2003 and 2005, is keen to continue its expansion programme with Smith Price playing a pivotal role. Indeed the firm will source and acquire new opportunities as the company targets new locations in other city centres and regional schemes.

 

Fields of Dublin is a retail division of the Anthony Nicholas Group, the leading manufacturer and distributor of jewellery in Ireland, and was established in 1949.
