John Loveday has negotiated and completed the acquisition of three stores on behalf of WH Smith with the tenant taking occupation in Birkenhead, Nantwich, and, most recently, Newmarket.

 

The deals provide an opportunity for the stationery giant to trade from prime locations in each of the commercial centres of the respective towns. It also reflects the strong and long-standing relationship that Smith Price have enjoyed with WH Smith and, more significantly, the value that the trader places on the firm’s services and advice.
